Shipping policy

We employ best practices for smooth customs clearance as the products are made to order and imported from India using the fastest shipping service. In spite of best practices there can be delays from shipping companies or customs clearance. We do not take cancellations or refunds due to shipping or customs delays. Also due to heavy handling of the boxes, there might be breakage of fragile articles such as cookies in spite of good packaging. We cannot refund or cancel orders due to handling during shipment.
