Mustard oil is derived from the highest quality mustard seeds. 

Process: natural traditional process uses huge Vaaghe wood (Albizza odaritissma, called as Syrissa in English and Mimosa Flexuosa in Latin) mortar and pestle. The pestle is driven by bulls at 2-3 rpm. The process produces oils that are rich in macro and micro nutrients including antioxidants as this slow, zero-waste process (no electricity used) of oil extraction is considered superior to cold-pressed methods as they retain aroma and flavor in addition to nutrients.
