Instructions
• A teaspoon of shivashakthi should be mixed with water.
• Consume this mixture before breakfast and dinner.
• Consume this mixture as the first thing in the morning.
Ingredients
1. Triphala – A blend of three fruits: Indian Gooseberry (Amla), Chebulic Myrobalan (Haritaki), and Belleric Myrobalan (Bibhitaki).
2. Trikatu – A blend of three pungent spices: Black Pepper (Piper nigrum), Long Pepper (Piper longum), and Dry Ginger (Zingiber officinale).
3. Moringa – Drumstick Tree (Moringa oleifera).
4. Ashwagandha – Indian Ginseng or Winter Cherry (Withania somnifera).
5. Alfalfa – Lucerne (Medicago sativa).
6. Betel – Betel Leaf (Piper betle).
7. Muesli – Muesli is not a herb but a mixture of oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruits.
8. Arjuna – Arjuna Tree (Terminalia arjuna).
9. Gokshura – Puncture Vine (Tribulus terrestris).
10. Amruthaballi – Guduchi or Heart-leaved Moonseed (Tinospora cordifolia).
11. Grass – This is a general term, but common medicinal grasses include Durva Grass (Cynodon dactylon) and Lemon Grass (Cymbopogon citratus).
12. Bhumi Amla – Gale of the Wind or Stonebreaker (Phyllanthus niruri).
13. Mucuna – Velvet Bean or Kapikacchu (Mucuna pruriens).
14. Nalleru – Cissus quadrangularis, commonly known as Hadjod, Veld Grape, or Bone Setter.
